Returns and Refund Policy – CrownMods

At CrownMods, we want you to enjoy your watch with complete confidence. Each piece we deliver has been carefully inspected and assembled to provide the best possible experience.

However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to request a return. Below we explain clearly how our return process works:

⏳ Return Period

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

During this period, you may inspect and try the watch to ensure it meets your expectations.

⚙️ Conditions for Accepting a Return

To accept a return, the watch must be in the same condition in which it was delivered:

• No signs of use

• No damage or modifications

• All original protective films, tags, accessories, and packaging included

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

💸 Return Costs and Fees

If you return the watch because it does not fit or does not meet your expectations, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the watch presents a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

In the case of returns due to reasons unrelated to product defects, including personal preference or failure to review the product description, refunds will be issued for the product amount only, minus shipping costs and any applicable payment processing fees.

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

We will respond with further instructions and provide the return address or shipping label if applicable.

⏳ Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

🧾 Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Custom-built and made-to-order watches are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is:

• A manufacturing defect

• An error on our part

These products are assembled specifically according to customer specifications.

🛠 Warranty

All our watches include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper use

• Impact or physical damage

• Water damage not specified for the model

• Modifications performed by third parties
