2. Products and Craftsmanship
CrownCraft designs and sells automatic and quartz timepieces that are hand-assembled by our watchmakers in Europe. Each watch is built to order: upon receiving your order, our team selects and inspects every component, assembles your timepiece by hand, and subjects it to rigorous quality checks including timing accuracy tests and water resistance verification before packaging and dispatch.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our watches, minor variations between individual pieces may occur and are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product listings, pricing, or availability at any time.
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for customers within the European Union.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We accept payment via credit/debit card, Klarna, Bizum, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. All transactions are handled securely through PCI-compliant payment processors.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.
4. Production and Delivery Times
Because each CrownCraft watch is assembled to order, please allow approximately 15 to 20 business days from the date of purchase to delivery. This includes:
- Component selection and inspection.
- Hand-assembly by our watchmakers.
- Quality control testing (timing curves, water resistance, visual inspection).
- Packaging with warranty card and protective case.
- Shipping to your delivery address.
You will receive email updates as your order progresses through each stage. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.

CrownCraft watches are precision instruments designed for everyday wear. While our watches are tested for water resistance, they are not intended for professional diving or extreme conditions. Always refer to the specific water resistance rating of your model.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrownCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Spanish law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in their place of residence under EU Regulation 1215/2012.
