Thank you for shopping at www.crownmods.es. We strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.
⏳ Production and Delivery Times
At CrownMods, we work with two types of products:
🛠 Custom-Built (Made to Order) Watches
Most of our watches are assembled after the order is placed.
The process includes:
- Selection of components
- Manual assembly
- Functionality testing
- Water resistance testing
- Final quality control before shipping
The estimated delivery time for these models is normally 15 to 18 days.
In some cases, depending on the destination country, parts availability, or external factors, delivery may take longer. Although this is not common, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
🌍 International Shipping and Customs
We offer international shipping.
- For most European countries, taxes and import duties are included in the price.
- In some countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or local taxes may apply upon delivery.
In these exceptional cases, any additional customs costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries due to:
- Logistical restrictions
- Customs regulations
- Political or legal restrictions
- Import complications
We do not ship to countries involved in active armed conflicts.
🔄 Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped.
🔁 Returns and Warranty
Customers have up to 15 days after receiving their order to request a return.
For detailed information, please refer to our Return Policy.
If a watch arrives with manufacturing defects:
- You may return it to us
- We will repair it at no cost
- If the defect cannot be repaired, we will send a replacement free of charge
In-stock models are shipped directly from our main headquarters in Zaragoza, Spain.
Made-to-order watches, however, may be shipped from one of our other production facilities, such as our location in Germany. This is due to the high volume of orders we receive, which has required us to expand our production capacity across multiple sites.
Regardless of the shipping origin, all watches are identical in quality and composition. Every watch, whether shipped from Spain or Germany, is built using the same components sourced from the same suppliers and goes through the same rigorous quality control process before dispatch.
